Resort and Cottage Rules
Those failing to comply with the below rules will be evicted from the cottage and the resort, and possibly banned from future use of the resort. Any fees paid for accommodation will be forfeit.
While every effort is made to ensure that the information and photos contained herein are accurate and up to date, The Pont Holiday and Water Sport Resort and The Pont Cottage 2 makes no warranty, representation or undertaking whether expressed or implied, nor do we assume any legal liability whether direct or indirect or responsibility for the accuracy completeness or usefulness of any information/photos/appliances contained herein. Prospective visitors should make their enquiries to verify the information contained herein.
Resort Rules
- Day visitors hours: 7:30am – 19:00pm
- No loud noise or music is permitted in the park after 10pm – failure to adhere will result in you being asked to leave the park immediately (no matter the time). Any accommodation costs will be forfeited
- No dogs allowed
- Children riding bikes at night must have a light
- No speeding or drunk driving is permitted in the park (speed limit 10 km/h)
- Boats / trailers / vehicles to be parked at allocated sites only. Any illegally parked vehicles & trailers will be towed away at your expense (there is an allocated parking area to the right of the park for the boats, trailers & additional vehicles)
- No fires to be made on the grass & only park staff are permitted to light the bon-fire
- Fireworks are strictly prohibited
- All persons & property entering the resort do so at your own risk. The resort will not be held liable for any death, injury or damage to property by theft, fire, water or any other circumstance
Cottage 2 Rules
- The Pont Cottage 2 is privately owned and all guests and visitors are subject to the The Pont Holiday and Water Sports Resort rules.
- The unit can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children (12 and under).
- Day visitors are permitted and will be subject to the resort’s day visitor fees, and must leave the resort by 19h00 (7pm).
- Day visitors are not permitted to park in the resort and must park in the secure parking at the entrance of the resort.
- No items belonging to Cottage 2 are to be removed from the unit for use elsewhere in the resort. This includes furniture, bedding, and items in the kitchen.
- Two cars are permitted at the cottage. Additional cars will be charged for by the resort.
- Additional cars must only park in the designated overflow parking area.
- Cars are only to be parked next to the cottage in tandem, and not on the grass next to the road.
- Boats are to be parked in the designated boat park area which is very near to Cottage 2.
- Any items found to be broken or missing after your stay will result in a loss of your breakage deposit, and additional claim if the value of the damage/loss is greater than your breakage deposit.
